About our client: Our client manufactures and markets chemicals, fibers and plastics worldwide. They provide key differentiated coatings, adhesives and specialty plastics products. They are one of the world's largest producer of PET polymers for packaging and a major supplier of cellulose acetate fibers. Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Tennessee, they are a FORTUNE 500 company with annual sales of over $7 billion and approximately 12,000 employees. They produce over 1,200 products that enhance the lives of people worldwide. And, even though their products are not household words, they are used in making everything from the packaging for your food, drinks and personal care products, to the fabric in your clothing and home furnishings, to the paint on your house and automobile, to the plastics on your bicycle helmet and golf clubs. They provide superior salary and benefits, and a superb relocation plan. Just a "blue-chip" company, through and through.
The opportunity: As a mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineer with our client, you will enter an exclusive, specific and tailored Engineer Development Program (EDP) where you have the opportunity to be in the middle of our client's exciting corporate growth efforts. Assignments in the Engineer Development Program (EDP) can provide a fulfilling long-term career within our client's Technology or Engineering organizations, or serve as a springboard into maintenance, manufacturing, or business leadership/general management positions. Candidates should be energetic, adventurous, flexible, self motivated, and interested in advancing in the high-paced strategic growth efforts for our client.
