The lazy among you have already stopped reading at this point.
Candidates with retail or hospitality experience will be considered as well but candidates in these fields must have exceptional references and a stable and lengthy career track record. You will need to knock my socks off with your resume and cover letter to be considered if you come from this field.
The Ideal Candidate is one that feels they are not being appreciated or rewarded properly for their efforts, not presented with opportunities to move forward or those that are ready for management and have yet been afforded the opportunity to move up.

Attainable Monthly Bonus for all levels of Management
All levels of management get a piece of the pie. We pay bonuses to every level of management, based on overall restaurant performance in regards to meeting budgets and achieving goals, consistently every month based on a realistic formula.
In 2007 alone we paid out over 76k dollars in bonuses to our managers and crew. Some managed to earn and extra 3-4 hundred a month. Some earned more, some earned less...the oens that want the money managed to get the money.
That's including assistants and shift managers too.
It's all based on things YOU control...labor, food cost etc. Easy for a real manager and that is what we are looking for. HOW GOOD ARE YOU?
How's your bonus working for you where you work now? What's your current employer doing for you?
Immediate room for advancement
Due to growth, we currently have numerous positions available and promote based on performance, not longevity. You could easily move up the ladder, with no waiting periods, based on your performance. If you bring it, we'll see it and reward you for it.
No ened to wait for someone ahead of you...we dont work that way. If you want it, feel free to plow over someone that does not want it as bad as you do. I said I wanted the best...

Rotating Weekends off
We are a family oriented company, and we want all our employees to be fresh, energetic and ready to tackle the day. Time off is important, and we realize that. Rotating weekends help keep you in the right frame of mind. We strive to see that this happens and while we cannot guarantee it will always be that way, as with the nature of this business, it is what we strive for. Yeah, I know, that is unheard of in the restaurant industry...but we like to blaze new trails.
We're funny that way.

Unlimited Sick Days
No that was not a typo. Full time employees, after 90-days receive, unlimited sick days. If you are sick and need to call off, you will be paid for it. Of course, there are those that will try and abuse that, but they are very few and far between, we can ask for a doctors note or stop this benefit at anytime if we feel this is the case, but unlimited sick days are a benefit all our full time employees enjoy.
What's you're employer do for you when you're sick?
Oh, there's more, but I think you get the idea...
You're reading this posting for a reason. So ask yourself these questions...
1: Does my employer offer me the benefits and opportunities I see in this posting?
2: Is there room for advancement where I am currently at based on my abilities and my drive and not based on seniority or politics?
3: Is my hard work recognized, rewarded and appreciated with my current employer?
4: Is my bonus opportunity realistic and attainable in my current position?
If you answered no to any, or all, of these questions, and you meet the requirements below, we need to talk as soon as possible.
