The following positions are currently available:

Guest Relations Team Member:
Do you enjoy meeting and greeting new people? Do you have a pleasant personality and an excellent customer service philosophy? The Zoo has opportunities for experienced, friendly, customer service professionals. Functions of the Guest Relations Team Member include, but are not limited to: parking attendant, cashier, membership sales representative, plaza and ride attendant.

Garden Services Attendant/ Housekeeper:
The Philadelphia Zoo is currently looking for housekeepers! If you like to work outdoors and enjoy keeping things neat and clean, this could be the job for you! Performs tasks to maintain cleanliness of the Garden and buildings including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, emptying trashcans, picking up litter in and around locations throughout the Zoo.

Education Interpreters:
Education interpreters are part of in-zoo educational interpretation, including, but not limited to, exhibit interpretation, animal interpretation, education animal presentations, formal and informal interaction with guests. Interpreters will provide information in according with the Zoo’s goals and perform love education demonstrations and animal shows on or off site.
